LIFE IN GURGAON - 1st DEC 2024

Hi Guys, I hope you are with me. It’s the 1st of December, a fine Sunday in Gurgaon. Well, "fine Sunday" sounds good to all, but it’s really a slap of reality to let you know you’ll be back to that same 9-5 office work—"corporate slavery" for most of us who’re working in Gurgaon. For kids, it’s time to go back to school, or some might be occupied completing the work they postponed till the weekend, i.e., Sunday late night, ahaha!!

Well, for me, it was a good Sunday. Finally, I recovered from this shit called cold and cough, especially the cough—I hate it. Thank God for the medicine that helped me recover, and I’m happy. I had brunch again, but this time alone, with classic chole bhature. I know it’s the best, but for all my health-centric friends, I’m sorry—it is what it is. Thanks to my good Pahadi genes, all I can say is I’m not fat.

Let me give you a description of myself. I’m 5’10’’ (I guess I was 6’, but it is what it is). Tall, handsome (to me), not to all the 7-10/10 baddies. Wish I could add a crying image of me here, but it’s fine—let your curiosity run and make a mental image of me. I have a good beard, thanks to a salon where I got it cleaned up today. So I was looking clean and handsome. I came back to my apartment after having a great brunch and a freshly groomed beard.

We can skip the part of me having a call with my friend—let’s call her S. She said something balboa about her life and gave me a detailed report of what’s going on with her and her crush. I’ve never seen or met him, but from what she says, he sounds like a pretty cool guy. Yeah, that’s what she said. Well, he should be my friend—I’m drooling so much about him that he might be. So I ended that convo because I was sleepy, but her call made me talk to her for a fine 30+ minutes, as far as I remember.

-- And I missed the part where I was begging her to go out and explore the city—all that shit—but she wasn’t into it. God knows why. Women are like that sometimes—it’s not her fault.

-- It was 5 PM in the evening, and I remembered I was in the talking stage with a girl. Yes, I. I matched with her on Bumble.

Yes, I am on Bumble. Well, that’s the only way I get to meet women in the 21st century, as none of my so-called friends are acting in their roles as matchmakers. So, a lonely guy in a big city has to do that.

-- I met her in the evening. It was a good meet—or date, you could say—but what can I judge from one meet, guys? She seemed nice, but let’s see how it goes. We had some street food, some good conversations about her and her work, and it was quite surprising to get to know her.

-- So, a lonely guy can have a little bit of chill meeting some girl. And that ends it.

Then I came back, met my friends, had momos for dinner, and now it’s 11:21 PM. I’m done for the day and writing about my 1st of December.

-- I missed the part where I watched a 20-minute video about the BMW M4. What can I say, man? I have a huge crush on that thing. Now I’m planning to come up with some idea about how I can get it.

Will talk about it later in the future.

SEE YAA!! BYE!

EV and there future

Electric vehicles (EVs) have been gaining popularity in recent years, as technology has improved and concerns about climate change have grown. EVs are powered by electricity, rather than gasoline or diesel fuel, which means they produce zero emissions and can significantly reduce dependence on fossil fuels. Here are some of the benefits and challenges of EVs, as well as what the future may hold for this technology. Energy independence: EVs can be powered by renewable energy sources such as solar and wind power, reducing dependence on foreign oil and supporting energy inde...
